As a member of the NIVEA Global Shopper & Customer Marketing team you will gain international sales & marketing experience at the headquarter of a leading global skincare company. We offer a fast-paced and fun environment, in which you will get a great deal of responsibility and independence from day 1, resulting in a steep learning curve.

  • Develop global trade sell-in stories for key launches and relaunches
  • Data Analysis and Market Research for go-to-market strategies
  • Analysis of market, pricing topics, category trends, competitor strategies (incl. offline and online store visits to track competition launches), and shopper studies to create shopper insights and support pricing recommendations
  • Global Sales KPI tracking and analysis
  • Update of Global Merchandising Guidelines (planograms), CPPA’s (Channel Price Pack Architecture), Price Maps
  • Preparation and organisation of workshops, meetings, and conferences
  • Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations

Your Profile

  • Strong analytical skills and business Mindset
  • High level of flexibility and efficiency; pragmatic and autonomous working style
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent command of MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ideally knowledge of database (Power BI, MIQ, Bone) or proven literacy in system based data reporting and business analysis
  • Good social / communication skills
  • International work/study experience and an international mindset
  • Previous experience as Data analyst intern, or in Shopper & Customer Marketing, Category Management or Sales, preferably in a FMCG company
  • Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s studies in business administration or related field during the entire internship
