As a Working Student Marketing & Community Management, you support the Business Development Parts & Services team within Global Aftermarket Sales. You contribute to digital communication and community activities and support the further development of a central platform. You work closely with international stakeholders, you also assist with After Sales campaigns and events.

YOUR TASKS

  • Support the design, further development, and maintenance of a central community platform within Marketing & Community Management for Aftermarket Sales
  • Create, structure, and maintain community content, including posts, discussions, polls, and events
  • Support digital community activation initiatives to increase engagement and participation
  • Collect user feedback and review basic metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal and external communication materials for Aftermarket Sales
  • Contribute to newsletters, campaign communication, and the maintenance of the After Sales campaign calendar
  • Support the planning, communication, and follow-up of workshops, webinars, and community events

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently enrolled student in marketing, communication, media studies, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in marketing, digital communication, community management, and internal communication formats
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • First experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration tools is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse internal stakeholders
  • Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
