As part of our Quality Engineering team, you will support the development and improvement of our performance testing system. You will help us measure, analyze, and improve the performance, scalability, and stability of Utimaco products.

- Support the setup, execution, and maintenance of performance tests for Utimaco products.
- Help collect, analyze, and report performance test results, including response times, throughput, resource usage, and system behavior under load.
- Work with QA Engineers, Developers, DevOps, and Product teams to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to improving our performance testing system, test data, dashboards, and reporting.
- Assist in creating and maintaining performance test scripts, scenarios, and documentation.
- Support the investigation of performance issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and test results.
- Help define repeatable test scenarios that can be used to compare product performance across releases.
- Contribute to making performance testing more visible, measurable, and actionable within our engineering process.
Your profile
- You are currently studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
- You have a basic understanding of software testing, software development, or system performance.
- You are interested in performance testing, automation, monitoring, and technical problem solving.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge is desirable, for example Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.
- Familiarity with Linux, APIs, databases, CI/CD, monitoring tools, or performance testing tools is a plus.
- You enjoy working with data, metrics, logs, and technical systems.
- You are structured, curious, analytical, and willing to learn.
- You are comfortable communicating in English in an international team.
