Your Role in the Team

You support our People team in the day-to-day work that keeps learning and hiring processes running smoothly. From coordinating trainings to supporting recruiting activities, you take care of important administrative tasks and help create a positive experience for both candidates and employees.

At the same time, you’ll gain hands-on insight into how modern HR works in practice – from systems and data to collaboration across teams. You’ll be part of a friendly, dynamic global HR team of five, where you can learn, contribute, and grow.

Your Tasks:

Learning & Devlopment

  • Assign and track mandatory and optional trainings in our learning systems
  • Monitor training completion rates and actively follow up with employees and stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain training reports (e.g. completion status, participation rates)
  • Act as a first point of contact for training-related questions and troubleshoot basic issues


Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Review incoming applications and support CV screening for open roles
  • Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date (candidate status, documentation, notes)
  • Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers. Support communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Support the execution of employer branding initiatives (e.g. campaigns, events, content)
  • Contribute to ongoing Talent Acquisition projects and day-to-day team topics


Requirements:

  • You are currently studying (e.g. Business, HR, Psychology or similar) and will stay enrolled for at least 12 more months
  • You are interested in HR topics, especially recruiting, learning, and working with people
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and pay attention to details
  • You enjoy working in a team and supporting others in their daily work
  • You are proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable following up when things are missing
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders
  • You have excellent English skills and very good German skills (C1 level or higher)
  • You are comfortable using digital tools and systems

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
