Working Student (m/f/d) Human Resources

Are you eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in Human Resources while pursuing your studies? 

Would you like to contribute to the future of HR in a manufacturing environment? Then Trelleborg is the right place for you!

We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) Human Resources to support our People Team with fresh ideas, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support our People Team with day-to-day administrative HR tasks
  • Assist with internal company communications
  • Support recruitment activities and coordinate interviews
  • Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects
  • Support the planning and organization of company events

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Initial HR experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive with a hands-on mentality
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English language skills

Wochenstunden

Werkstudierende dürfen während des Semesters bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten, in den Semesterferien Vollzeit. Wer das einhält, behält den Studierendenstatus und die Werkstudentenvorteile.

Sozialabgaben

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
