We’re a stealth, VC-backed pre‑seed/seed stage start-up disrupting a legacy mobility sector. With a proven expansion blueprint and a targeted M&A strategy, we’re set to triple revenue this year. Our founders – serial entrepreneurs who previously raised >USD 80m from Tier-1 US investors – are now launching into a new market.

Tasks

Execution + KPIs (this is a ops -heavy role):



  • Run the recruiting funnel end-to-end with clear throughput goals: job postings, sourcing/outreach, screening calls, structured assessments, coordination. You work with quarterly targets and a solid cadence.

  • Own a clean funnel and weekly reporting: source performance, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and drop-off reasons.

  • Run a “close the loop” process: Reduce time-to-next-step, increase interview-to-offer conversion, and improve candidate experience through fast follow-ups and tight process.

  • Weekly cadence: Weekly hiring sync: pipeline review, bottlenecks, actions, and targets for the next week.

  • Own day-to-day people operations: Onboarding, trainings, benefits, initiatives with a bias for action.

  • Work with clean and data driven systems: Build and maintain dashboards**.** Suggest and improve workflow automations.

  • Ops for People: Maintain documentation and data hygiene on HRIS, shared drives and notion.


Requirements

You’re not just “interested” in operations; you want to get things done.



  • Available for at least 6 months (ideally longer).

  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).

  • Passionate about the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.

  • Comfortable with an on-site set-up.

  • Compensation: EUR 2.6k/month. No matter your internship’s duration. You will also get a work laptop and work phone.


We’re already a lean headquarter building quietly in stealth mode. You’ll join early - when your work still changes how things are built.


Hiring Process



  • Intro Chat: 30-minute call with Bengi (Head of HR / EiR) to align on goals and expectations.

  • Case Study: A short, practical task based on what you’ll actually do here and we will discuss it together.


Total process takes 1-2 weeks; we value efficiency as much as you do.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
