You'll make an impact by
- You support users of our data ecosystem as first-level technical support, ensuring quick and reliable assistance with data-related queries
- Building on this, you help manage access rights, roles and permissions within our data and analytics platforms, contributing to a secure and well-structured environment
- Additionally, you assist in the ongoing development of our cloud-based data ecosystem by supporting backend services and APIs
- To further drive innovation, you contribute to the implementation of business logic in the reporting backend and assist in prototyping GenAI use cases
- Throughout all tasks, you collaborate closely with engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Education: You are currently successfully studying Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- You are familiar with SQL and databases
- You possess solid programming experience in Python; experience with other programming languages is a plus
- You have an interest in cloud architectures, backend systems and data platforms, ideally with initial exposure to LLM-based systems and agent frameworks
- Ways of Working: You are curious, reliable, result-oriented and passionate about data, automation and applied AI
- Languages: Very good English skills are required
