What You'll Do

• Support in administrational and operational topics like onboarding/offboarding of students
• Managing and creating communication resources.
• Support in communications e.g., organizing internal sessions like knowledge transfer sessions or team meetings.
• Support in the creation of power point presentations for relevant team topics.
• Support in SharePoint Administration.
• Gathering team feedback to improve team processes and communication.
  
  

What You Bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Computer skills: MS Office [PPT, Excel, Word, etc.],
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Good design skills
• Able to create visually appealing resources
• Very good communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT processes
• Ability to work on ideas independently
• Good presentation skills
• Team player
