What You’ll Build

  • Work closely with the Partner Management team in Germany and other internal stakeholders
  • Created high-quality presentations and communication materials for internal and external use
  • Coordinated and supported meetings, workshops, webinars, and events
  • Managed scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items
  • Provided reliable administrative and ad hoc support in a dynamic environment
  • Provided proactive executive and organizational support, including dynamic calendar management and day-to-day coordination tasks
  • Conduct internet research on partner landscapes and market trends
  • Learn how SAP sells through partners and contribute to partner-related sales activities
  • Conducted analyses and reporting (e.g., pipeline performance)
  • Supported digital content management (e.g., websites, social media, SharePoint)

What You’ll Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Communication, Design, or related disciplines
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Canva or similar design and video tools is a plus
  • Open to new experiences and eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented working style with a strong eye for aesthetics
  • Flexible and reliable in terms of time management and availability
  • Experienced and eager working with AI Tools
  • Motivated, hardworking, and highly interested in new topics and challenges
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Working from Walldorf office is required
