We help the world run better

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What You'll Build

As a working student, you will help improve an internal Confluence/wiki knowledge site with accessibility guidance:

  • You’ll make information easier to find and easier to use in day-to-day design and development work, helping teams build more inclusive digital experiences
  • You will review and tidy existing pages, remove duplication, and update outdated content
  • You will reorganize information so people can find the right guidance more quickly
  • You will rewrite content into clear, task-focused steps and help apply simple page structures and writing guidelines to keep the site consistent

Why It Matters

  • Clear, usable guidance is more likely to be followed. Your work helps reduce barriers for people with disabilities by supporting teams in building digital experiences that more people can use

What You Bring

  • Technical writing, documentation, or content planning skills from coursework, student projects, or internships
  • Basic understanding of how to organize information is easier to find and use, for example: page structure, navigation, and clear labels
  • Able to turn complex topics into clear, step-by-step instructions focused on what people need to do
  • Capable of assessing web pages and documentation to spot content that is outdated, repetitive, or not clear, and suggesting improvements to enhance clarity and usability
  • Interest in accessibility and inclusive design, with willingness to learn and apply the basics
  • Experience using Confluence/Wiki, helpful but not required
  • Language: Demonstrated proficiency in written U.S. English

Soft Skills

  • Soft skills for this working student role include curiosity and a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and comfort with improving existing content rather than creating something new
  • You should be able to work independently on well-defined tasks, ask good questions when something is unclear, and collaborate with teammates to align on decisions
  • Clear communication, reliability, and follow-through, along with an interest in making guidance easier for others to use, are important for success in this role

Where you belong

We as the Accessibility and Inclusive Design Team are committed to making SAP’s products more accessible to everyone, especially people with disabilities. Our daily work includes the assessment of accessibility laws and regulations, supporting accessibility implementation and keeping track of accessibility Compliance.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
