What You´ll Build

• You'll support the commercialization and day-to-day operations of SAP Signavio's academic offering: a program that brings our process transformation tools to universities worldwide
• Working closely with the product management, operations and the Academic Partnerships team, you'll own key parts of the onboarding process, keep cross-functional coordination running smoothly and help grow the program over time
• You'll gradually build deep knowledge of business process transformation and its application in academic contexts, becoming a go-to resource for universities as they adopt and use the product
• You'll contribute to various product improvement initiatives, from refining onboarding experiences to supporting new feature rollouts
• You'll work closely with the product manager on prioritization, documentation, and cross-team coordination, getting hands-on exposure to the full product management lifecycle

What Is In For You

You'll get end-to-end ownership of a real commercial program, not just support tasks. You'll work across sales, partnerships, technical, and content teams, and directly shape how universities experience our product. Along the way you'll build solid grounding in business process management, enterprise SaaS, and what it takes to bring a product to a niche but high-impact market. It's a strong foundation for a career in product management or business development.

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies in Business, Information Systems, Product Management or a related field
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Structured and organized: able to manage parallel workstreams independently
• Experience or genuine interest in onboarding, customer coordination, or partner-facing roles
• Strong written communication in English
• Curiosity about business process transformation, enterprise SaaS, or education technology
• Familiarity with CRM tools, onboarding processes, or content management is a plus
• You take ownership, follow through, and don't need hand-holding on every step. You're comfortable with ambiguity and know how to ask the right questions

One of our key initiatives is Lab Space, SAP Signavio’s innovation platform, where internal teams and customers can interact with emerging ideas and shape them collaboratively. Here, your design work directly fuels innovation across SAP.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
