Q:U Entertainment is a Munich-based live entertainment company specializing in K-Pop concerts, fan meetings, and international tours across Europe.
We collaborate with artists, agencies, venues, and local partners to deliver unforgettable live experiences for fans. As part of our growing team, you'll gain practical experience in the planning and execution of international events.
About the Internship
As an Event Management Intern, you'll be involved in various aspects of our day-to-day operations. Throughout your internship, you'll gain practical experience in Tour Operations, Artist Hospitality, Social Media Management, and Customer Service, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of the international live entertainment industry.
You'll work alongside our team on real projects, supporting tour logistics, artist hospitality, and day-to-day operations while contributing to the successful delivery of international events.
What You'll Do
- Tour Operations
- Support tour planning and logistics
- Research hotels, transportation, and local suppliers
- Prepare operational documents and schedules
- Artist Hospitality
- Assist with artist requirements and hospitality planning
- Coordinate backstage preparations and VIP experiences
- Social Media
- Support promotional campaigns and content planning
- Assist with Instagram, TikTok, and community engagement
- Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with ticketing support and fan communication
- Help ensure a positive customer experience before and during events
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a university program or recently graduated
- Interest in live entertainment, touring, hospitality, or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Good written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Nice to Have
- Studies in Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or Business
- Previous event experience
- Passion for live entertainment and an interest in K-Pop is a plus
- Additional language skills

Compensation: Compensation is determined based on the internship type and applicable legal requirements.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations für dich in Deutschland bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
