We are looking for a Working Student to support our Events Team in Berlin. In this role you will work on a wide range of projects across fashion, lifestyle and cultural partners, supporting the development and execution of events and experiences as part of our HS+ agency offering. From initial concepts to on-site delivery, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help bring culturally relevant ideas to life.

Your Mission

  • Support the production of impactful experiences for our audience as well as fashion and lifestyle clients across key markets
  • Help ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, creative direction, and budget
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, talent, account management, and editorial
  • Support research across trends, culture, and relevant industries to inform creative and production approaches
  • Assist with budgeting, travel planning, and general organisational and administrative tasks
  • Support the creation of case study decks and internal documentation
  • Gain hands-on experience across all stages of event production, with the opportunity to learn, grow, and gradually take on more responsibility within the team

Your Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a university program looking for a position as a working student
  • Students majoring in marketing, event, cultural studies or a similar field is an advantage
  • Knowledge and first experiences in the cultural, music and event sphere are a plus
  • Energetic and can-do attitude. With a hands-on mentality and ability to get things done
  • Able to communicate effectively in fast pace environment
  • Fluency in English is a must, German is plus
  • Located in Berlin
  • Drivers license is a plus
