Position Summary
We are looking for a Working Student IT (m/f/d) to support our IT operations at our Frankfurt headquarters.
Working closely with the IT Manager, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our workplace environment by supporting employees with IT-related requests, assisting with hardware and software setup, and contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our IT processes.
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Messeturm
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our first-level support team
- Point of contact for staff regarding IT-related questions
- Support with the installation and configuration of Windows 11 workstations
- Assisting with the set-up, installation and issue of IT hardware (e.g. laptops, monitors, accessories)
- Support with the management of user accounts and Microsoft 365 applications
- Assistance with the maintenance and documentation of IT processes
- Support with fault analysis and the resolution of simple hardware and software issues
- Undertaking minor tasks and projects to support the IT Manager, depending on your skills and interests
Candidate Profile
- Currently studying Computer Science or a related field (e.g. Business Informatics, Media Informatics)
- At least in the third semester
- A professional and friendly manner
- Good self-organisation and structured time management
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of German and very good written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of computer architecture and network technology
- Experience with Windows 11 and the installation and set-up of workstations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Interest in IT support and modern workplace technologies
