Beschreibung bereitgestellt von Personio
Join our Customer Journey & Self-Service Automation team and play an active role in helping Personio's customers activate, adopt, and succeed with our HR platform. You'll get hands-on experience building the automated experiences that help thousands of HR teams across Europe get more value from our product with less friction.
This role requires office attendance in Munich.
Our team designs and builds automated customer journeys — email lifecycle campaigns, in product guidance, and behavior-triggered interventions — that help customers, particularly our small and medium accounts, activate faster, adopt more of the product, and avoid unnecessary support escalations. As a Working Student, you'll support the team in executing this work day to day: building campaigns, analyzing customer behavior data, and helping turn friction points into automated interventions, working from specs and priorities set by senior team members.
Role Responsibilities: What You'll Do
- Build automated campaigns across email (HubSpot) and in-app (Amplitude) channels, based on specs and designs from a senior team member
- Execute scaled, one-to-many programs that support product activation and adoption for smaller customers
- Build interventions — in-app guidance, proactive emails, contextual help — that reduce support tickets caused by known friction points
- Set up tracking and automated follow-ups for engagement signals (e.g. webinar attendance, on-demand video views)
- Analyze customer behavior data (Amplitude, HubSpot, CRM) to surface drop-offs, adoption patterns, and friction points, and write these up as clear observations
- Build and maintain customer segments (behavior, size, lifecycle stage) based on team-defined criteria
- Monitor the performance of campaigns you build, and support A/B test design and execution
- Contribute data pulls and draft write-ups for self-service performance reporting
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in a related field (Business, Marketing, Data, or similar), with the ability to work part-time alongside your studies
- Strong interest in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or lifecycle marketing within SaaS
- Comfortable working with data and eager to learn tools like Amplitude and HubSpot (prior exposure is a plus, not a requirement)
- Detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills
- Able to work independently on well-defined tasks and know when to flag questions or blockers
