Beschreibung bereitgestellt von PARATUS
Location: Munich | Start date: flexible | Duration: 6-12 months
PARATUS is a PE-backed Healthcare IT platform, built together with our sponsor Greenpeak Partners on a buy-and-build strategy across DACH region, Spain, and the US. We bring together specialized software companies in medical imaging, laboratory, radiology and hospital information systems and related fields: businesses that are strong on their own, and stronger together. No single vendor covers every clinical system a hospital or lab needs; our vision is to be the best-of-breed partner that brings the right combination of specialized solutions to each customer, integrated and supported as one platform, while the founders and teams behind each product stay closely involved in building it further. We are looking for an intern to join our holding and value creation team for up to 12 months, working directly with PARATUS' C-level and Greenpeak Partners team on a day-to-day basis.
- Post-merger integration: You will help execute the integration process: coordinating and executing onboarding of newly acquired entities, aligning reporting structures, and tracking open integration items across finance, operations, and IT.
- Value creation execution: You will work with the portfolio companies to drive the implementation of agreed value creation measures, track progress, and help resolve execution roadblocks as they come up.
- CRM rollout: You will be involved in introducing a group-wide CRM system across portfolio companies, supporting requirements gathering, coordination with the OpCos, and rollout tracking.
- AI agent use cases: You will help develop and roll out AI agent use cases across the group, identifying suitable applications together with the OpCos, supporting their build-out, and driving adoption once they are ready for use.
- Reporting infrastructure and data cube: You will contribute to building out a central data cube/reporting structure that consolidates financial & operational KPIs from our OpCos, enabling consistent group-wide reporting.
- Financial analysis: You will prepare and maintain financial models, EBITDA bridges, and monthly business review materials, and support the preparation of materials for management and investor discussions.
- General project support: You will work across a range of ad hoc topics as they arise in a fast-moving, lean organization. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to how decisions get made, not a purely observational internship.
- Strong academic results, with a BSc or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, or a related field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable building financial models and investor-grade presentations
- Analytical mindset & genuine interest in numbers; background in finance, controlling, consulting, or a related field
- Prior internship or working student experience in consulting, private equity, corporate finance, or M&A is a plus
- A structured, self-directed way of working & the ability to take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Interest in healthcare, software, and how private-equity-backed companies actually grow
- A humble, reflective, and empathetic demeanour, combined with cultural sensitivity and the ability to inspire people and bring them along
- Direct, ongoing exposure to how a private-equity-backed group operates: you will work directly with Greenpeak Partners, our PE sponsor, as well as with PARATUS management, not on the sidelines
- Real responsibility from the start, with your own work packages rather than purely supporting tasks
- Attractive compensation, based on experience
- A steep learning curve across M&A, finance, operations, and group strategy
- A flat, founder-led organization with short decision paths
