  • Evaluation & Quality Assurance Develop and execute evaluation approaches for LLM-based systems, monitor quality and performance, and help ensure AI solutions meet defined standards.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Document technical processes, workflows, integrations, and learnings to make our AI systems easier to operate, maintain, and scale.
  • Research & Prototyping Explore emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and approaches and turn promising ideas into prototypes and practical solutions that support osapiens' internal AI transformation

Your Experience

  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled as a Master’s student (or advanced Bachelor’s student) in a technical degree such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Core Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and API integrations is required, with an engineering-oriented mindset for building reliable, production-grade solutions
  • AI & Engineering Tools: Experience with or strong interest in agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, Git/GitHub, n8n workflows, vector databases, and LLM evaluation.
  • Technical Curiosity: You enjoy understanding how systems work under the hood, experimenting with new technologies, and turning ideas into working prototypes.
  • Structured & Reliable: You are detail-oriented, comfortable working with complex technical systems, and able to approach problems systematically.
  • Language: Fluent in English, German is a plus
