Your mission & challenges
More than just an internship awaits you in the exciting world of robotics. Here you are not just a spectator, but a shaper of our success story. As an intern in the CEO department, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and helps shape the future of technology.
- You will manage your daily tasks with a keen eye for figures and analytical details
- You will also coordinate and plan small projects and support the preparation of meetings and regular board meetings
- Your close cooperation with various specialist departments and management enables you to carry out critical project tasks and oversee special topics
- You are happy to take responsibility for conducting specific market research and prepare information for slide decks and presentations in a professional manner
What we can look forward to
- You are an ambitious student of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study and are ready to develop yourself in a start-up or tech environment
- Ideally, you are available for approx. 6 months to support us and gain valuable experience
- With your excellent communication skills in German and English, you will help our team every day. You have the ability to work efficiently and reliably both independently and as part of a team
- Your skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, are second to none and your analytical skills will take us to the next level

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations in Metzingen für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
