Job Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Operations unterstützt du unser Team aktiv im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Optimierungsprojekten:
- Unterstützung der Produktions- und Logistikprozesse im JIT-Umfeld
- Analyse und Optimierung von Abläufen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette
- Mitarbeit an Lean-Management- und Continuous-Improvement-Projekten
- Erstellung und Pflege von Kennzahlen, Reports und Auswertungen (z. B. KPI-Tracking)
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Produktionsoptimierungen
- Mitarbeit bei Layout-, Prozess- und Materialflussanalysen
- Dokumentation von Arbeitsprozessen und Erstellung von Standards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualität und Engineering
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Maschinenbau, Logistik oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an Produktionsprozessen, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Lean-Methoden (z. B. 5S, Kaizen, Wertstromanalyse) von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Spannende Einblicke in die Automobilproduktion im JIT/JIS-Umfeld
- Mitarbeit in einem internationalen Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien
