Working Student – Software Team (m/f/d)

In this role you will work within the Cardiac Surgery Businees Franchise and will support the SW Team on the development of Heart-Lung Machines on a wide spectrum of tasks during the design and verification phase. The location is Munich.

Essential Job Functions

• Supports the development of SW Integration test both at subsystem level as well at system level.
• Develops SW Test cases and defines acceptance criteria in agreement with the SW Engineer.
• Support the Root-Cause Analysis using CAN Analysis tools.
• Supports the Software team on procurement activities as well as on managing the Electronic components stock
  
  

Knowledge/Abilities

• Pursuing master's degree in electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Medical Devices engineering or similar from an accredited college.
• Exposure to the medical device industry or a comparable highly regulated environment is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of C/C++/Python, must have.
• Knowledge of microcontroller-based embedded systems., must have.
• Experience on White Box testing.
• Experience with Laboratory equipment, e.g. Oscilloscope
• Able to read Datasheets and Schematics
• Able to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Hands-on attitude
• Good command of English language. Fluency in German language is appreciated
