Werkstudent Produkt Industrialisierung (m/w/d)
In dieser Position unterstützen Sie das Ingenieurteam bei der Industrialisierung neuer Produkte sowie der Auswertung und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse.
In diesem Zusammenhang fungieren Sie innerhalb eines multikulturellen Teams als Schnittstelle zwischen R&D, QE und Fertigung.
Hauptaufgaben
- Unterstützung von Prototypenserien (Vorbereitung / Durchführung / Dokumentation)
- Konstruktion von Produktionsvorrichtungen
- Datenpflege im ERP-System
- Erstellung/Überarbeitung von Fertigungsanweisungen
- Erstellung/Überarbeitung von Prozessfähigkeitsanalysen
- Überarbeitung von P-FMEAs & MPQPs
- Analyse bestehender Fertigungsprozesse auf Verbesserungspotenzial
- Recherche neuer Fertigungsprozesse
- Recherche möglicher Lieferanten / Dienstleistern
Anforderungsprofil
- Begonnenes technisches Studium
- Fließend in Wort und Schrift in Englisch und Deutsch
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Der ideale Kandidat denkt analytisch und hat einem Auge für Details, ist datenorientiert, verfügt über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ist kundenorientiert
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean wären ein Plus
