Role Summary

You'll support the Pricing Transformation team by researching change management approaches, assisting with transformation activities, and helping drive communication, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives under the guidance of the Change Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Research change management best practices and methodologies.
• Support pricing transformation projects and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with stakeholder communications and training materials.
• Help coordinate workshops, meetings, and enablement activities.
• Track project actions, deliverables, and progress updates.
• Support change adoption and organizational readiness efforts.
