About this role
As a Working Student in Product and QA at Konvo AI, you will support the product team in scoping new projects, testing new features, identifying bugs, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include executing test cases, documenting issues, and collaborating with developers and product managers to refine product requirements. You will help analyze customer feedback, contribute to product improvements, and assist with creating clear product documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin, where you will work closely with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Tasks
Let's face it, there's a ton to do:
- You'll help bring new features to life. Assist with scoping new projects, collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements, and create clear product documentation.
- You'll be the last line of defense before features ship. Execute test cases, identify bugs, and document issues clearly so developers can fix them quickly.
- You'll turn customer feedback into product decisions. Review what users are telling us, identify patterns, and share insights that help the product team prioritize improvements.
Requirements
Above all, we hire for drive, talent and determination.
However, our Talent Advisor told us to also include the boring list:
- You are currently in your BSc or MSc studies, in Germany
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in testing and quality assurance.
- Basic understanding of product development processes and interest in product management and UX.
- You have outstanding and structured communication skills in English. To put it simple, you can explain complex topics in simple words.
- Ability to work on-site in Berlin and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Benefits
- Joining a small team with big ambitions, that is growing fast
- Exciting (and challenging) work shaping the future of Customer Experience
- Work directly with the CEO and Head of Engineering
Do you only meet some of the requirements?
We wil prioritise motivation over academic qualifications for this role. We are big believers that talent is not always reflected in formal credentials.
