Key responsibilities:
- Global PMO Support – Assist the global PMO team in daily project work and across a variety of strategic initiatives.
- Research & Analysis – Conduct independent research and analyse new topics, projects, and ad hoc requests within the PMO environment.
- Project Management Support – Contribute to the execution and monitoring of ongoing project management activities.
- Documentation Ownership – Prepare and maintain accurate, structured project documentation and reporting materials.
- Financial Reporting – Build and maintain the monthly Digital and IT actuals report, comparing actual vs. planned spend across multiple countries and cost centres.
- Forecasting & Budgeting – Support the forecast and budget cycle, analyse variances, and prepare clear presentations for senior stakeholders.
- CAPEX & Investment Tracking – Monitor Digital CAPEX and coordinate with global regions to track long-term technology investments.
- Cross-functional Contribution – Act as an active PMO team member, supporting M&A-related analyses and ensuring high-quality reporting across the business.
- Educational Background – You are currently enrolled in Business Administration or a related field.
