We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key responsibilities:
- Product Development Support – Support the product development team with data collection, structured analysis, and clear reporting throughout the development lifecycle.
- CAD & Design Assistance – Assist with product design activities using CAD tools under guidance, contributing to the development of functional and efficient solutions.
- Technical Documentation – Help prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Prototyping & Testing – Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities in close collaboration with engineering and development teams.
- Design Improvement Initiatives – Contribute to design improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and usability.
- Performance & Test Monitoring – Assist in monitoring product performance and test results, ensuring structured documentation of findings.
- Engineering Data Management – Maintain and update engineering databases and development documentation to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Team Collaboration & Support – Participate in team meetings and problem‑solving activities while providing administrative and technical support to the product development team.
- Educational Background – Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, with ongoing academic focus on engineering fundamentals.
- CAD & Simulation Exposure – Initial hands‑on experience with CAD and simulation tools such as SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS, or Moldflow, gained through studies, projects, or internships.
- Interest in Product Development – Strong interest in engineering and product development, with motivation to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical environment.
- Structured Working Style – Well‑organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented approach, with the ability to manage tasks alongside academic commitments.
- Analytical Thinking – Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, with enthusiasm for understanding technical challenges and data‑driven insights.
- Digital & Office Skills – Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; basic exposure to dashboards or data visualization is an advantage.
- Communication & Teamwork – Clear communication skills and openness to collaborate within an international, cross‑functional team environment.
- Language Skills – Good written and spoken English and German skills for a daily collaboration.
