Would you like to help shape the employer brand of a global energy technology company? Join our Employer Branding team and support exciting initiatives across the DACH region while collaborating closely with colleagues across EMEA. In this role, you will contribute creative ideas to attract top talent, strengthen our presence at universities and events, and bring our employer brand to life across digital and in-person channels. You will work with stakeholders from Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment. Supported by a dedicated mentor, you will develop your skills, take ownership of meaningful projects, and grow your professional network while contributing to a more sustainable energy future.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Event Management: Support the research, planning, and execution of internal and external career and onboarding events in Mannheim and across the DACH region
- Campaigns and Strategy: Assist in planning, coordinating, and analyzing recruitment campaigns and the implementation of our employer branding strategy together with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across the EMEA region
- University Relations: Contribute to building and maintaining successful partnerships with universities and other talent attraction partner organizations
- Digital Marketing: Support the implementation of our branding strategy by creating and managing company profiles on existing and new recruitment and career fair platforms
- Employee Advocacy: Coordinate communication and activities within our brand ambassador network and become an active brand ambassador yourself, both online and at events
- Social Media: Create social media posts and templates for Hitachi Energy and our brand ambassadors
- Branding and Marketing Materials: Support the creation of new branding assets and the enhancement of existing marketing materials, while assisting with the selection and ordering of merchandise products
- Currently pursuing a degree in Employer Branding, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field
- Little or no previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing, with a strong motivation to learn and develop in these areas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an enthusiasm for working with people in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- A creative and collaborative mindset, combined with a willingness to take ownership of projects and events
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and effectively manage priorities, combined with a genuine passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion that is reflected in everyday actions and interactions
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across the DACH and EMEA regions

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
