IT Specialist - Working Student (f/m/x)

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable Working Student to support our IT team with day-to-day hardware operations and basic IT support tasks. This role is primarily focused on device handling, setup, and logistics, with some exposure to end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up laptops and other hardware (Windows & Mac)
• Support onboarding handling standardized kits
• Handle hardware logistics (inventory, packing, shipping, returns)
• Assist with workspace setup (monitors, docks, peripherals)
• Maintain accurate tracking of devices and assets
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and good logical thinking
• Hands-on and comfortable working with hardware
• Familiar with tools like Outlook, Teams, and basic Office 365 usage
• Able to follow structured processes and instructions
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and proactive mindset
  
  

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Initial experience in IT support or helpdesk
• Exposure to Windows/Mac device setup
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira)
