What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of business development in our German market

  • You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performances and identify growth opportunities

  • You will collaborate with our operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain of our products

  • You will share your product insights to our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns

  • You will regularly analyse the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behaviour, competition…) 

  • You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback

  • You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally



Who we're looking for:

  • Currently, you are studying Business Administration, Management, or any related university program

  • You speak fluent English and you have a proficiency in German.

  • At best you gained first practical working experience in a dynamic environment and are fascinated by fast scalable business models

  • You have strong analytical skills can collaborate well and learn quickly

  • You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently

  • You are available for at least 6 months

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
