What you'll do :
As part of the global Strategic procurement team, you will be part of our global operations team, being exposed to a global supplier setup and having a direct impact on the success of Emma.

  • You will collaborate with buying managers and internal/external teams, supporting negotiations with business partners

  • You will identify opportunities for cost-saving actions and new product implementations, using your entrepreneurial mindset

  • You will search for new suppliers in various regions and improve internal processes for team benefit

  • You will develop expertise in our suppliers, cost drivers, and sourcing markets/trends to ensure competitive pricing

  • You will support supply chain risk assessments and help with vendor development, collaborating on product lifecycle decisions and launches

  • You will design, build, and maintain decision-support dashboards in Power BI and Tableau and similar tools

  • You will leverage AI to automate process and tasks





Who we are looking for :

  • You are studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields

  • You are looking for an internship and are available for at least 6 months

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • You are analytical, well organized, independent, and driven to challenge the status quo, your vendors, and stakeholders. You are ambitious, solution oriented, able to propose unique and creative solutions

  • You can communicate well in English and enjoy collaborating with different teams in a multicultural environment

  • You are digitally savvy and master MS Office, in particular Excel

  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
