Position
As a Working Student (m/f/d) for the Girls Go STEM initiative, you will support the successful implementation of programmes that inspire young women to explore STEM fields. You will work closely with the team on a variety of operational and coordination tasks, contributing to the delivery of courses, events, and community engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of Girls Go STEM courses and workshops
- Assist in organising and coordinating events, including logistics and participant communication
- Support the coordination and engagement of ambassadors
- Help manage and facilitate student challenge activities
- Contribute to tracking progress, data collection, and reporting
- Provide general project support across the team to ensure smooth implementation
- Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Education, Social Sciences, STEM, or related fields)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in education, diversity & inclusion, and STEM topics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and proactive manner
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelor’s or Master’s students with at least 1-2 full years remaining in their studies.

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
