Position
As an HR Working Student (m/f/d) in People & Culture, you will support the team across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, wellbeing, and offboarding. You will contribute to initiatives in talent management, internal communications, employer branding, and DEI, while also assisting with HR reporting, events, and administrative processes. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain broad HR experience and actively shape a positive and inclusive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling, candidate communication)
- Assist with talent management activities
- Support internal communication activities (e.g., newsletters, intranet updates)
- Contribute to employer branding (social media, careers page, events)
- Support planning and execution of HR events and engagement initiatives
- Assist with DEI initiatives and related communications
- Support HR procurement and administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help implement employee well-being and benefits initiatives
- Enrolled in a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in People & Culture topics
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); HR tools are a plus
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelor’s or Master’s students with at least 1,5-2 full years remaining in their studies.

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
