Your seat to fill:

• You are the contact person for our national and international customers and distribution partners in the case of complaints
• You ensure a smooth complaint process
• You support the customer service team in operational tasks
• You provide product advice and generate additional sales
  
  

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• You are studying business administration (Bachelor or Master) or another comparable field
• You have a proactive and service-/solution-oriented personality
• You have a hands-on mentality and high motivation
• You have a very good command of English and especially German (further languages would be fine)
• You have first experience in sales or service, preferably in the customer relations field within an international environment
• You are available for 20 hours / week
