About Curetis Curetis is a molecular diagnostics company based in Bodelshausen, Germany, best known for its Unyvero platform, a rapid syndromic testing system that helps clinicians identify severe infections and antibiotic resistances within hours instead of days. Curetis pushes the boundaries of fast, reliable infectious disease diagnostics - technology that directly improves patient outcomes in hospitals. We're now channeling that same innovative spirit inward, driving a company-wide transformation to sharpen our focus and business expansion.

The Role We are undergoing a corporate transformation built on four pillars: Revenue Growth (sales volume acceleration, strategic pricing) and Cost Optimization (variable cost reduction, overhead reduction).

As our Transformation Intern, you'll work directly with our CEO and a close-knit team of around 10 people to make this transformation real, not just on paper. You will:

• Help develop and refine the KPIs and measurements used to track transformation progress with management
• Support execution of transformation projects across the four pillars
• Track and report on progress, flagging risks and blockers early
• Help hold the organization accountable to its commitments

This is not a modeling or slide-deck internship. You'll be structuring ambiguous, hypothesis-driven problems with limited data. This role is a strong fit for candidates aiming for top-tier strategy consulting or private equity down the line, who already have solid fundamentals: real ambiguity, real stakes, real feedback, not a simulation of one.

What we're looking for Your background matters less than your attitude. We're flexible on prior experience (strategy consulting is a natural fit, but not a requirement), what we need is someone who is:

• A structured thinker, comfortable framing hypotheses and working with incomplete information
• Highly flexible and hands-on, willing to spend significant time on-site in Bodelshausen
• Fluent (professional working proficiency) in both German and English
• Confident enough to pitch directly to a CEO and push a program through an organization
• Eager to learn fast, iterate quickly, and take on real ownership from day one
