You will take on responsibility from day one, steering high-impact, cross-departmental projects that directly contribute to making mobility fun and sustainable.
  • Steering & KPI reporting: Support in the Fleet department’s reporting process by tracking key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met, identifying risks, and driving strategic solutions.
  • Support high-stakes OEM negotiations: Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and materials for senior stakeholder meetings with OEM partners, including on-site engagements — ensuring FINN is represented professionally at every touchpoint.
  • Drive OEM value creation: Conduct in-depth analyses of FINN's fleet and customer data, leveraging the latest AI tools to generate compelling customer insights and build a strong, data-backed narrative of FINN's value proposition to OEM partners.
  • Question the status quo: Critically examine and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, helping us build a world-class, data-driven organization that runs seamlessly.

  • Previous experience in automotive strategy, consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, while effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends.
  • Available for an internship of 4 to 6 months.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
