Your business is our business. If our Business Management and Operations Team had a slogan, that’s what it would be. The fact is, though, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants’ work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member of the Business Management and Operations Team contributes directly to our consultants’ success—and thus to that of our clients.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student—Reception in our Reception Team, you’ll be an important point of contact for our employees and the calling card of the largest BCG office in Germany. You’ll also manage incoming and outgoing mail and organize and book courier and taxi services.

In addition, you’ll manage conference rooms, which includes coordinating conference room reservations and making arrangements for catering and technical equipment. During your daily office rounds, you will ensure that our office is always stocked with all supplies. Finally, you’ll also perform other special tasks that may arise.

What You'll Bring

  • You are a student in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
  • Your communication skills are demonstrated in your business fluent German and English language skills.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
