Who We Are

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

The Data and Digital Platform (DDP) offer provides a layered, modular architecture with data at the core, using a use-case driven approach to modernise underlying technology while delivering incremental value – with the focus area on enabling enterprise-wide agentic AI at scale. Data@Scale is a priority topic for BCG spanning data strategy, architecture, governance, and operating model design, helping organisations build the trusted data foundations needed to scale AI reliably and deliver measurable business impact. BCG’s Tech Platforms offer supports clients across the full enterprise technology lifecycle – from platform selection and business case development through to deployment and value realisation – covering leading platforms such as ERP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

As a Working Student in Offer Management, you will be embedded in the TDA practice and work directly alongside the Offer Director for DDP, Data@Scale, and Tech Platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and go-to-market execution, alongside some of BCG’s leading experts in Tech and Digital innovation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Help manage communications with internal stakeholders and contributors ahead of events

Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Support internal and external marketing workstreams, including the development of go-to-market materials, offer overviews, and knowledge network (KN) content
  • Assist in the production of promotional and thought leadership content, such as written materials, visual assets, and creative projects
  • Help maintain and refresh offer-related content on internal platforms and microsites

Vantage & IP Development

  • Work alongside BCG Vantage teams to support the development and maintenance of intellectual property, including primers, playbooks, and offer frameworks
  • Assist with research, structuring, and formatting of IP assets to ensure they are ready for deployment by case teams
  • Help identify and incorporate new data and insights to keep BCG’s offers current and competitive

Innovation Fund Tracking & Revenue Analysis

  • Support tracking and reporting of the innovation funds across DDP, Data@Scale, and Tech Platforms
  • Assist with client revenue analysis and reporting

The responsibilities described above represent the core scope of the role, which may evolve over time in line with offer priorities and team needs.
