Our Quality Management team at the BMW Group drives the digitalization of quality processes and reports through innovative solutions. We develop and enhance our Quality Steering Platform to automate processes and provide meaningful insights. Our project team combines concept development, design, and programming expertise to create impactful digital applications.
What awaits you?
- You will support the ideation and implementation of new applications on our Quality Steering Platform with focus on process automation and reporting.
- Furthermore, you help to build necessary data pipelines and data models via our CDH environment.
- In addition, you contribute to developing applications in the Oracle APEX frontend and learn additional technologies within the team.
- Moreover, you participate in talks, workshops, and discussions related to digitalization and quality topics.
- You collaborate closely with experts from concept, design, and programming, benefiting from exchange and mentoring opportunities.
- You will receive regular feedback from your mentor while handling tasks independently.
- Studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable IT-focused program.
- Demonstrable experience in programming applications in Oracle APEX.
- Willingness to dive into data analysis, SQL, and possibly other business intelligence and data technologies.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Analytical mindset, structured approach, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Proactive work style and strong communication skills.
- Good German and English skills.

Intern Quality Management with Focus on Digitalization (f/m/x)
Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Tech in Munich für dich bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
