Our AI Strategy team at the BMW Group drives the transformation of industrial operations through artificial intelligence and modern software engineering. We develop rapid prototypes, trend intelligence systems, and contribute to Large Industrial Models that deliver real-world impact across business units.

What awaits you?

• You will support developing prototypes from initial concept to fully functional demonstration setups, delivered rapidly and iteratively with measurable outcomes.
• Furthermore, you help integrate data sources and APIs while developing user interfaces for demonstrators and quantifying results.
• In addition, you contribute to Large Industrial Models, including their development, training, and evaluation.
• Moreover, you will assist in creating trend research and intelligence tools.
• Additionally, you support communicating results through technical readouts, demonstration sessions, and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

What should you bring along?

• Studies in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a comparable discipline.
• Strong programming skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• An MVP-driven approach: delivering quickly, testing, iterating whilst maintaining high quality standards.
• A high degree of initiative to independently drive tasks to completion without requiring step-by-step guidance.
• Excellent command of both German and English.
