Working Student - Sales

Berlin Bytes is a creative software development and consulting agency. Together with Kambria, our AI transformation partner, we design, build, and scale digital products and AI-driven solutions for clients across the DACH region.

We’re looking for a Working Student - Sales to help us keep our sales operations organised, responsive, and high quality. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly structured, comfortable working with AI tools as well as HubSpot and PowerPoint, and interested in how sales, consulting, and AI come together in a modern service business.

What you will be doing

• Maintain and update our HubSpot CRM and related sales documentation
• Review incoming leads and help pre-qualify them based on agreed criteria
• Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials in PowerPoint
• Help gather and structure information for sales conversations and client presentations
• Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations to keep response times short and workflows running smoothly
• Work closely with the sales team on ongoing opportunities across Berlin Bytes and Kambria

What we’re looking for

Must-have

• German and English - business fluent
• Strong AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools for content creation
• Good PowerPoint skills and an eye for clean, structured presentation design
• Confident handling of routine sales operations and administrative tasks
• A basic understanding of the German Mittelstand / SME market
• Reliable, structured, and able to work independently

Strong advantage

• Experience in B2B marketing, sales support, or consulting
• Familiarity with HubSpot
• Interest in software, digital products, and AI-enabled services
• Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, or other client-facing sales materials

Nice-to-have

• Experience supporting proposals for platform, enablement, or digital transformation topics
• Availability to work consistently across the week; ideally at least 3 days per week
