Your Tasks

• Active involvement in projects, supporting project communication and organization, including PMO-related activities
• Support of the Scrum Master in facilitating regular meetings and carrying out day-to-day tasks for product teams
• Collaboration and support in the project and operations environment (e.g. error analysis, improvement of Microsoft Office 365 integration, project controlling)
• Participation in ongoing projects, such as software development, IT support, or data analysis initiatives
• Support in the creation, updating, and maintenance of technical documentation
• Assistance with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, data maintenance, and organization of meetings
• Contribution to the improvement and optimization of internal BSS processes using Microsoft Office 365 applications and other relevant tools
• Acting as a point of contact for process-supporting activities, tools, and reporting
  
  

Your Profile

• You are available immediately
• Charismatic and strong communication skills in Germand and English
• Digital native with a passion for digital tools
• You take ownership, are self-motivated, and think creatively to achieve results
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards is a plus
• Advanced studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Very good analytical and process-oriented skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
• Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
