Your Tasks

  • General support of the Corporate Customs and International Trade department in the areas of customs, export controls and excise duties
  • Participation in the preparation and further development of internal reports and analyses in the field of customs and foreign trade
  • Support in the further development of a Compliance Management System
  • Research on customs‑ and foreign trade‑related legal matters
  • Assistance in the creation and revision of presentations, guidelines and an e‑learning system
  • Collaboration and support in national and international projects

Your Profile

  • Advanced studies in business administration, economics, law or a comparable field with a strong interest in foreign trade law, customs‑related or logistical topics
  • Enrolled as a full‑time student for the entire duration of the working student positionIdeally initial practical experience in the areas of supply chain management, analysis of trade flows, or movement of goods
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured working approach, combined with a solution‑oriented and pragmatic mindsetIndependent and self‑driven way of working, strong team spirit and a high level of diligence
  • Enjoyment in working with numbers, as well as experience in developing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm to develop own ideas and contribute them in an international working environment of a DAX-listed corporation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent English skills and good German skills, both written and spoken
  • Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
