🎯 Your mission
As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales team in building a predictable outbound motion and learn how real B2B SaaS sales works in practice.
You’ll help identify relevant industrial accounts, support outbound prospecting, and assist in qualifying real customer problems in service and maintenance. You’ll work closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and the founders, gaining hands‑on exposure to real customers and real sales processes.
This is not a generic internship. You will contribute meaningfully while learning how complex industrial software is actually sold.
🔍 What you’ll work on
- Supporting outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email and calls
- Researching and preparing target accounts and industries
- Assisting with lead qualification and discovery preparation
- Helping start conversations with German‑speaking industrial decision‑makers
- Supporting SDRs and AEs with sales preparation and follow‑ups
- Learning CRM usage, documentation, and handover best practices

Your superpowers:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
- Hands-on mentality: eager to get stuff done, accurately and fast
- Curiosity for maintenance, manufacturing and customer problems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven startup environment
- Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, sales or business development
