SCAILE is building the infrastructure that makes brands visible in AI search. As ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews replace traditional search, we help companies get discovered and recommended by AI systems. We combine a proprietary Content Engine with AI agents to create, optimize, and deploy content at scale. Supported by Google Cloud for Startups and NCA VC, we're already live with clients like Beurer and Lyceum Technologies.


We're hiring two Sales Interns to drive our growth engine — from finding the right prospects to booking and supporting demos. This is a 10-week, paid internship (1.850 €/month) with real ownership and direct exposure to the founders.


Tasks

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists across our ideal customer segments

  • Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) and book qualified meetings

  • Support the founders in demos and follow-ups, and help move deals through the pipeline

  • Keep the CRM clean and track key sales metrics

  • Test messaging and iterate fast on what converts

  • Tasks will vary — the above are illustrative of a broad, hands-on sales remit


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to reach out to strangers

  • Hands-on, self-starter mindset in a fast-moving startup

  • Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, and venture building

  • Comfortable with outreach tools and CRMs (or fast to learn)

  • Fluent German and English (German is a must; you will be calling prospects in German)

  • Bonus: prior sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
