Business Development & Lead Generation Intern

Part-Time | Remote

TrueClean by A2G is a Berlin-based provider of eco-friendly residential, commercial, and hospitality cleaning services, working with hotels and hospitality businesses across Germany.

Join our team and work directly with the leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales, hospitality, and startup growth.

📍 Location: Remote — applicants must be based in Germany or another EU country

🕒 Duration: 2-month part-time internship, with the possibility of an extension or a permanent role based on performance

Key Responsibilities

* Generate qualified leads and book meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other outbound channels.

* Target hotels, hospitality groups, property managers, serviced apartment operators, and cleaning subcontracting companies across Germany.

* Research decision-makers, qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records.

* Collaborate directly with the leadership team to improve sales outreach and business development strategies.

Requirements

* Strong communication, research, and interpersonal skills.

* Interest in business development, hospitality, or B2B services.

* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

* German language proficiency at B2 level or above is mandatory.

* Fluent English is required.
