The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Working Student to support our Human Resources team with a strong focus on HR administration. In this role, you will help ensure smooth and efficient HR operations by maintaining employee records, supporting HR processes, and assisting with administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining practical HR experience while developing organizational and administrative skills in a dynamic work environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data and personnel files in HR systems and databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating administrative tasks
  • Assist with contract creation, amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documents
  • Manage employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support absence, vacation, and time-tracking administration
  • Coordinate document collection and filing in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Assist with procurement tasks
  • Support quality management and relevant documentation
  • Prepare HR reports, statistics, and presentations as required
  • Assist employees with general HR administrative inquiries
  • Support the HR team with process improvements and ad hoc administrative projects
  • Help organize HR events, training sessions (i.e. teleoperation), and employee communication activities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive); familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage but not required
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
