As a working student in Corporate Transactions & Location Development you will contribute to external and internal IT business transfers of Allianz Technology. Together with a diverse and international team, you will collaborate with a variety of project workstreams such as Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, IT/Business and others to ensure the successful implementation of IT business transfers aligned with our business objectives, including the initiation of a seamless Post Merger Integration.
What You Do
- Support the team in managing internal and external IT business transfers (M&A)
- Contribute to the standardization, industrialization, and optimization of IT business transfer projects, e.g. by developing and documenting process improvements
- Use AI tools (Claude, Allianz GPT) to optimize and industrialize project reporting, tracking and due diligence
- Leverage MS SharePoint workflows and build AI agents to automate recurring tasks
- Interact with international stakeholder environment
- Preparation of reporting for Allianz Technology Management Team
- Contribute to the success of Allianz Technology transforming Allianz into a digital group
- Preferred study areas: Economics, Management or similar
- Interest in Project Management, Business Transformation, Merger & Acquisition, and /or Organizational Management
- International experience from working or studying abroad
- Experience from internships at consulting companies or international corporations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and basic skills in German
- Solid MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) – with AI leverage; Familiarity with Microsoft 365 automation and building/configuring AI agent is a plus
- Interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Chat GPT); strong prompting skills; responsible AI use; and curious mindset to spot where AI can add value
- Ability to work without supervision
- You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months - part time (16-20 h/week)
