Then join now the Allianz Technology Communications & Reputation team as an intern! Our department is responsible for all forms of communication, both external and internal, and we perform a wide range of tasks including event management, social media, maintaining our intranet platform, and writing all sorts of communications-related pieces.

What You Do

• Preparing internal and external communications material (writing/editing/proof reading of texts), including maintenance of intranet pages.
• Typing, compiling, and preparing presentations/newsletters/other communications materials in English and German.
• Planning and organizing both local and global events.
• General support with daily business (including some administrative tasks).
• Cooperating with different departments and international project teams.
• Aligning communications material with key stakeholder groups.
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English (native level).
• Previous familiarity with intranet technologies.
• Social Media know-how.
• MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint).
• Team player with excellent Intercultural and interpersonal skills.
• Technical/IT knowledge is a bonus
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
