TUM Venture Labs is a joint venture initiative of UnternehmerTUM and TUM. We combine a network of domain-specific incubators acting as a springboard for Entrepreneurship in deep tech and life sciences. Our mission is to help start-ups with strategic advice, infrastructure, and an active network of academic and industry experts to scale from first idea to investor readiness.

Your Mission

• Marketing & Events: You will own the creation, development, and execution of marketing strategies. Organize (also international) events, increasing our visibility and creating impact for our start-ups.
• Operations Support: You will help us automate our operations and internal processes
  
  

Your Profile

• Enthusiasm for startups, technology, and innovation
• Bachelor or Master student
• You have already gained some experience in operations, (digital) marketing, events, project management
• Motivation and openness to get to know the up-and-coming start-up ecosystem and work with high-caliber international projects
• You have a strong hands-on mentality, like to take initiative, propose creative ideas and implement them
• You are independent, very well organized, reliable and proactive
• You have a very good command of English and German
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn AI tools
• Proficiency with digital tools (Notion, Slack, MS Office, Miro, Canva, Figma)
