Your Role
You are a communicative organizational talent, want to roll up your sleeves and get involved, and are enthusiastic about AI and digitalization?
In addition, you would like to gain insight into cutting-edge topics such as lean, agile, and transformations during your studies?

If you have already gained some practical experience as a working student or intern, we offer you the opportunity to actively support our "Strategy and Frameworks" team.
We look forward to your application! You should preferably live near the place of work.
- Expand your horizons: You will support the "Strategy and frameworks" team (Part of the “Lean and Agile Transformation center of excellence”)
- Take responsibility: You will support customer engagements such as lean, agile and digital transformations, scaled agile frameworks, OKR frameworks and customer co-creation frameworks (e.g. work on training materials, coordination activities, training dashboard creation, workshop preparation etc.)
- Focus on the future: You will build an internal knowledge management/platform
- Communication is king: You will develop communication and reporting approaches as well as active communication of our engagements through, for example, internal communication, success stories, etc.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Education: You are currently pursuing a master's degree in industrial engineering, economics, media and communication studies, humanities, or a similar field
- Interests: You enjoy organizing, communicating and conceptual work as well as AI and digitalization
- Skills & Experience: You are not above pitching in with important back-office tasks and are motivated to work in an agile and international team. You have already gained some initial work experience and are passionate about it; you ideally bring knowledge in agile and lean methods as well as an interest in (agile, lean) digital transformations You have already gained relevant experience with AI as well as tools such as Miro and Confluence and M365
- Language skills: English fluently, German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
