TUM Venture Labs is a joint venture initiative of UnternehmerTUM and TUM. We combine a network of domain-specific incubators acting as a springboard for Entrepreneurship in deep tech and life sciences. Our mission is to help start-ups with strategic advice, infrastructure, and an active network of academic and industry experts to scale from first idea to investor readiness.

Are you ready to make an impact? Help us in our marketing efforts to build Europe’s biggest domain-specific incubator network. We are looking for support on continue building the climate innovation community in Straubing and Munich!

Your Mission

• Marketing & Events: You will own the creation, development, and execution of marketing strategies. Organize (also international) events in and around Straubing and Munich, increasing our visibility and creating impact for our start-ups.
• Operations Support: You will help us automate our operations and internal processes
• Community Building: You will build the entrepreneurship community in Straubing
  
  

Your Profile

• Enthusiasm for startups, technology, and innovation
• Bachelor or Master student at TUM Campus Straubing
• You have already gained some experience in (digital) marketing, event or project management
• Motivation and openness to get to know the up-and-coming start-up ecosystem and work with high-caliber international projects
• You have a strong hands-on mentality, like to take initiative, propose creative ideas and implement them
• You are independent, very well organized, reliable and proactive
• You have a very good command of English and German
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn AI tools
• Proficiency with digital tools (Notion, Slack, MS Office, Miro, Canva, Figma)
